A native of southern Connecticut, Carl has resided in Massachusetts for the past 25 years. Carl has a diverse history including nearly two decades in Business Development for a world leader in consumer electronics and as a current career Firefighter/Paramedic serving the town of Lunenburg. Carl became a licensed REALTOR^® in 2017 and joined Lamacchia Realty in 2019 combining forces with his wife Lisa have since earned the awarded designation as Top Producers. Together they fell in love with the culture of the company, its supportive nature and the advanced training which allows them to place their clients in the best position when purchasing or selling their home. Together they take a team approach to best serve their clients.

Carl is a licensed a REALTOR^® in Massachusetts and Lisa is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Additionally, as a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^®, they have a referral network that stretches not only to all fifty states but to 70 countries throughout the world to help support the purchase of your home beyond our local region.

Carl is an avid runner. He has the unique distinction of having run every road in the town of Lunenburg, he has also run (and finished) two marathons, including the Newport Marathon and the world renown Boston Marathon.
